As a leader, my goal is always team success. It’s not about me. It’s about inspiring others to reach their full potential so everyone can succeed. My sports background means I’m always thinking of my colleagues as my team. Teams win and lose together.

Conflict is everywhere. Most people try to avoid it, and that is counterproductive. As leaders, we should be embracing the right kinds of conflict and harnessing its momentum for change. Conflict addresses issues that need addressing, prevents bottled up emotions, and incites change. It can be the single greatest force driving an organization forward.

Change is growth. In every role I’ve played, evolution – for myself as a leader, for my team members, and for entire organizations – has been a constant. And yes, sometimes, change can be scary. But things don’t get better without change. I would know. I changed universities three times until I found the right path for my unique personal and professional journey.

My experiences have helped me establish a set of values that I live out each and every day. They guide me in everything that I do. They are also the qualities I look for in potential partners and clients. I always try to work with individuals and organizations that:
